Siempelkamp has received its largest order ever in the company's history.
The Swiss Krono Group has ordered a complete plant for the production of MDF and HDF for its production location in Barnwell in South Carolina. The scope of delivery covers the system supplier's entire range for the wood-based-panels industry.
Büttner will be supplying the flash-tube fibre dryer, which has been designed to be heated with flue gas and recirculates the air to meet emission regulations.
Büttner has also been tasked with supplying the energy system with step grate and a dust-and-gas multifuel burner to cover all heating requirements and that in addition to the flue gas for the dryer will also supply thermal oil and steam to the production process.
