MDF producer FSC Vietnam has successfully started up one of the biggest MDF manufacturing facilities in Southeast Asia at his new site in Binh Phuoc Province.
Within the scope of this contract, BÜTTNER delivered and started-up an energy system with a firing capacity of 63 MW, which ensures the delivery of process heat energy for the production. The energy system consists of a grate firing system, incl. dust burners, a thermal oil heater and a steam generator.
The flash tube fibre dryer, also delivered by BÜTTNER, has a throughput of 42 t/h and is directly heated with flue gas from the energy system.
With the acceptance of the BÜTTNER equipment in autumn of 2018, this project has successfully been completed.
