Egger, which is one of Büttner’s long-standing customers, operates a particleboard plant with a total of three 4.8 x 24 RT dryers at its location in Rambervillers in France. Two of these dryers have already been converted by Büttner, and now dryer No. 1, which was supplied by Büttner in 1993 and which was then still Babcock, is being modernised.
Büttner is supplying a new tube bundle heat exchanger and a new condensate system for this indirectly heated flake dryer.
